IDEAL, the Initiative for Diversity in Education and Leadership (IDEAL) Scholars is a program that assists exemplary underrepresented students to maximize their educational, service, and career opportunities. Each summer, IDEAL scholars participate in summer internships to further explore their intended major and get hands on experience.
